The organic hemp seed flour from Hanfland is obtained by gently grinding the hemp press cake. This press cake is produced during the extraction of oil from hemp seed. The hemp flour is very good for baking and cooking. It can also be used for setting soups and sauces. Due to the high protein content also ideal for healthy smoothies. The food gets a pleasant, nutty taste. The hemp flour is a very good protein, mineral and fiber supplier.
The manufacturer recommends replacing 15% of the conventional flour with hemp flour. The hemp flour is gluten-free, in order to maintain the baking ability one should keep the value of 15% in approximately.
Harvest conditionally may contain traces of gluten-containing grain.
